I am  speaking from experience here at the fastest way to lose weight team. I tried ‘diets’ for a long time.  I lost weight on some but a month later I would put on more weight. I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong. I was constantly asking myself what’s the fastest way to lose weight. You see I was eating all the low fat foods, breakfast, lunch and dinner and I  couldn’t understand why I was not losing weight. I was still asking what’s the fastest way to lose weight? Then it hit me!! I was obsessing over the fastest way to lose weight quickly continually. Everything thing I looked at I was seeing something that would make me put on weight, yes, even low fat foods! When I looked at food all I saw was weight gaining calories.  I was obsessed at finding the fastest way to lose weight. Yet when I was younger I never looked at chocolate and thought am I going to gain 2lbs if I eat that yet I was thin? I never thought what’s the fastest way to lose weight. Then I realised, it was me that was making myself fat, not the foods I ate. My obsession with food and the fastest way to lose weight was training my brain to think fat. Now If I could reverse that mindset, would the opposite be true. Would stop thinking whats the fastest way to lose weight?

This wasn’t easy but I was at the stage where I was completely desperate and would have cut my arm off to make me thin again and find the fastest way to lose weight.  I  mentally dismissed thoughts of food and fastest way to lose weight out of my head completely.  So I began eating family meals again and I enjoyed it, I was eating everyday foods. I would eat pasta, potatoes, bread, butter and yes I would eat chocolate and I was enjoying it!! I erased thoughts about weight gain and stopped thinking fat thoughts and wondering what the fastest way to lose weight was! You cannot erase fat thoughts overnight and stop thinking whats the fastest way to lose weight quickly. But gradually I got back to being me and I was enjoying it. I was eating the foods I enjoyed and I wasn’t starving myself or thinking about the fastest way to lose weight. I even threw out the scales! 3 Months later I was back down to a size 8  again after being a size 16. I thought myself thin. I have not once thought what’s the fastest way to lose weight. I have not touched a diet food  since and I maintain my ideal weight. I didn’t get there by eating ‘diet’ foods ot thinking what’s the fastest way to lose weight.  I ate normally!! As the weight came off I had more energy and was more active, it just came naturally. If I want a cake, I eat it, if I want fries, I eat them. I don’t think about the fastest way to lose weight. I no longer look at packaging for the content, I really don’t care. Now If I can do this then I know you can.  Stop thinking whats the fastest way to lose weight.
