There are a lot of diets that claim to be the fastest way to lose weight that i have tried and whilst some of them have worked, most of them haven’t! Diets are a state of mind and whilst you can try and find diets to lose weight fast, they will only work for a short period of time. Believe me I think I tried them all. I once done a raw food diet for a week and I was seriously thinking about turning it into a change in lifestyle. I was seriously contemplating the idea of only ever eating raw food for the rest of my life. You see when I started the raw raw diet, I really did feel so much better and found it was the fastest way to lose weight. You see thinking about it, are we really meant to eat cooked food? Thousand’s of years ago they would not of been able to cook their food, so it stands to reason that perhaps we are not actually meant to eat raw foods and certainly not processed foods.

There are several reasons why raw food is good for you and probably the fastest way to lose weight. The first being that, if you only ever eat food that is not cooked then you are taking out all salt and sugars that is normally added to food. Sugar and salt is found naturally in some foods, so we shouldn’t really be adding it in again anyway. Another reason is, if your not cooking it then you are not using fat which is used so often in cooking.

If you are only eating food that is raw, sure your not going to eat meat, well unless your a raw meat eater which I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyway! Whilst meat contains irons  etc, these can also be found in raw foods, so the need for meat is not really there.

OK, I know it would be terribly boring only eating raw foods all the time and that is why I didn’t go through with iteven if it was the fastest way to lose weight, as I knew I would not be able to commit it although it is one of the fastest ways to lose weight. I lack serious will power. I did become a vegetarian for four years and then gave it all up for a bacon sandwich! But that’s another story!

I am  speaking from experience here at the fastest way to lose weight team. I tried ‘diets’ for a long time.  I lost weight on some but a month later I would put on more weight. I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong. I was constantly asking myself what’s the fastest way to lose weight. You see I was eating all the low fat foods, breakfast, lunch and dinner and I  couldn’t understand why I was not losing weight. I was still asking what’s the fastest way to lose weight? Then it hit me!! I was obsessing over the fastest way to lose weight quickly continually. Everything thing I looked at I was seeing something that would make me put on weight, yes, even low fat foods! When I looked at food all I saw was weight gaining calories.  I was obsessed at finding the fastest way to lose weight. Yet when I was younger I never looked at chocolate and thought am I going to gain 2lbs if I eat that yet I was thin? I never thought what’s the fastest way to lose weight. Then I realised, it was me that was making myself fat, not the foods I ate. My obsession with food and the fastest way to lose weight was training my brain to think fat. Now If I could reverse that mindset, would the opposite be true. Would stop thinking whats the fastest way to lose weight?

This wasn’t easy but I was at the stage where I was completely desperate and would have cut my arm off to make me thin again and find the fastest way to lose weight.  I  mentally dismissed thoughts of food and fastest way to lose weight out of my head completely.  So I began eating family meals again and I enjoyed it, I was eating everyday foods. I would eat pasta, potatoes, bread, butter and yes I would eat chocolate and I was enjoying it!! 3 Months later I was back down to a size 8  again after being a size 16. I thought myself thin. I have not once thought what’s the fastest way to lose weight. I have not touched a diet food  since and I maintain my ideal weight. I didn’t get there by eating ‘diet’ foods ot thinking what’s the fastest way to lose weight.  I ate normally!! As the weight came off I had more energy and was more active, it just came naturally. If I want a cake, I eat it, if I want fries, I eat them. I don’t think about the fastest way to lose weight. I no longer look at packaging for the content, I really don’t care. Now If I can do this then I know you can.  Stop thinking whats the fastest way to lose weight.
